Personal Passions
Personally I have a lot of passions, some of the bigger ones are fishing, programming, hiking, and playing rocket league! When it comes to fishing I love fishing for bass, pike, and pan fish for eating however, recently I have started fishing for massive musky around Wisconsin. I caught my first musky two years ago and have had many musky follow my lure to the boat but never bite. When it comes to programming I love full stack web development, my current stack usually consists of ReactJS, NodeJS, firebase or mongoDb, mySQL sometimes, as well as multiple libraries used for CSS, api requests etc. I have been working on a lot of small projects throughout college and recently I have been working on a Pokemon web app that's about collecting cards through various ways!
Personal Narrative
A challenge I have faced in the past few years is college, I wasn't planning on going to college and I have never really been a good student. Usually I just can't focus on school and I tend to not go to class or do homework because I just never find the time to actually focus on doing this work. But I have slowly been over turning this challenge because I have been using my passion for computers to try and propel my success in school. If I relate school to something I enjoy doing like programing then it will make it easier for me to work on homework and study for exams and quizzes etc. School has never really been my thing and I actually wasn't planning on going to college untill the VERY last second of highschool almost near graduation I applied to UW-Stout, ASU, and UW-Green Bay. Stout responded very fast and I was in. I was planning on becoming an electrician and going down that route instead of a Computer Science related field.
